Albums

These are related to one person. It is a set of physical folders where documents can be stored. There is a folder for pictures, a folder for movies, and a folder for documents.

Below a portrait of a familymember you can find a pencil-icon. Click and then you will get the possibility to change the content of all sections, or to delete it. You can even make new entries in text here as well. You can upload one or more pictures.

Organisation

Albums are organized and stored per family. Each Album has a name format: `album_nn`, where nn denotes the person_id of a member. For example the albums of Claas en Trina Prins (brother and sister) are both recorded under the familybranch Prins.
Under the family Prins there is also a folder that contains only pictures of all the portraits of a family.

Under an Album there are folders with various names. Each name can only be used once. These folders can then have another folder with pictures. For every picture it is possible to add a story to that picture.

In such a manner we can store pictures of an entire family as well as pictures of each member of that family individually.
